Desktop Software Licenses

Heirvo Recover, Archive, and Family licenses are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of purchase if you are not satisfied for any reason. To request a refund, email [email protected] with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Refund requests submitted after 30 days are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed. When a refund is issued, the associated license key is deactivated.
